The Vedic Way of Life

The Vedas are among the oldest teachings of humankind. They are not only books of prayer. They describe a complete way of living: how to act, how to spend each day, how to mark the stages of life, and how to live in tune with nature and time.

What the Vedas teach

The Vedic view is simple at its heart. Everything in the universe is connected. The same order that moves the sun, the moon and the seasons also runs through our own body and mind. When we live in harmony with that order, life goes more smoothly. When we go against it, we struggle.

A way of life, not a set of rules

The Vedic way is open to everyone. It makes no difference of religion, country, gender, or wealth. Like science, it works the same for all. You do not need to change your faith or your name to benefit from it. You can begin with one small practice and grow from there.
