Privacy
We ask only for what is needed, when it is needed. Your information is kept private and treated with the same care as anything entrusted to the tradition.

Our principle
Simple to enter, safe to share, easy to understand. We collect the minimum information necessary to respond to your request with care, and nothing more.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
What we collect
When you submit a request, we collect the details you choose to share — such as your name, a way to contact you, the person a request is for, and the context you provide so we can respond thoughtfully.
Where a pathway involves timing, we may ask for birth details. These are used only to prepare considered guidance and are never required to simply read our knowledge pages.
How we use it
Your information is used to review your request, respond to you, and — where you continue with us — to maintain a record of the seva offered so we can serve you well over time.
Every request is read by a member of the tradition. We do not generate automated guidance.
How it is stored
Information is stored securely and access is limited to those who need it to serve you. Where media such as photographs or video is produced, it may be held in secure external storage with a defined retention period.
You may ask us what we hold about you, and request correction or removal, at any time.
