The Ashram
A quiet seat of practice
Our work is anchored to a small residence on the banks of the Ganga. It is not a destination for spectacle but a place of keeping — where a daily rhythm of study, offering, and service is held with care.

Rooted in place, open to the world
For those who cannot travel, the ashram is present through its work rather than its walls. A request made from another continent is carried into the same fire, the same recitation, the same discipline observed by those who live here.
We keep the ashram deliberately small. Continuity matters more than scale — a single lineage, carefully taught, is worth more than a large institution that has forgotten its source.
The daily rhythm
A day kept the same way for a lifetime
Before dawn
Brahma muhurta
Silent sitting and recitation as the day is received.
Morning
Agnihotra
The daily fire offering, kept without interruption for years.
Midday
Study & seva
Reading of texts, correspondence, and preparation of requested rites.
Dusk
Sandhya & aarti
Evening prayer and the lighting of lamps along the courtyard.
Bring your intention into the ashram's day
Whether present or distant, your request is received into a living practice and read by a member of the tradition.
